A: Our boxes can be used over a hundred times before reaching their maximum life and being recycled. Traditional cardboard boxes on average can only be used twice before being recycled.
Q: What are the benefits of using URBAN GREEN BOX vs cardboard boxes?
A: Our boxes are made from durable plastic making them rigid and waterproof which in return keeps your belongings safe and dry and unlike cardboard boxes which come in different sizes and shapes our boxes come in one size making them easier to stack and move.
Q: Does URBAN GREEN BOX rent more than boxes?
A: In addition to our eco-friendly plastic boxes we also rent reusable corrugated plastic wardrobe boxes as well as dollies that are customized to fit our moving boxes.

Q: How do I pay?
A: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Debit Cards, Company Cheques as well as cash (in which case exact change is required).

Q: Can I change the delivery and pick-up time?
A: You sure can. Just call us as soon as you know about these changes.
Q: Do I need to be home for the delivery and pick-up?
A: Yes. At delivery time we require signatures and payment processing and at pick-up time we need to do a count and examine our boxes for any substantial damages.
Q: Now that I submitted my order, how do I prepare for delivery?
A: For liability purposes we ask that all home deliveries be dropped in the garage or main floor entryway. As for apartment deliveries make sure you have allocated enough space to accommodate your order.
Q: Is there a delivery and pick-up charge?
A: There is a $40.00 charge for delivery and pick-up within the lower mainland which could be reduced to $30.00 if you submit your order online or by also booking your move with us we will waive all delivery and pick-up charges.
Q: Can I extend my rental period?
A: Of course you can. Just call us as soon as you know how much longer you need to keep them and keep in mind that additional charges will be applied depending on the extent of the period you require as well as the bundle you have chosen.
