RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Customer agrees to lease all products and equipments from us on the terms and conditions described below.

1.Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the URBAN GREEN BOXES while they are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to them. If the URBAN GREEN BOXES are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the URBAN GREEN BOXES. Retail value of the URBAN GREEN BOX is $25.95 each.

2.Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the Wardrobe Boxes while they are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to them. If the Wardrobe Boxes are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the Wardrobe Boxes. Retail value of the Wardrobe Box is $45.95 each.

3.Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the Dollies while they are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to them. If the Dollies are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the Dollies. Retail value of each Dollie is $49.95.

4.Customer acknowledges that he / she has sole responsibility to schedule and be present at appointments for pick-up and delivery of the URBAN GREEN BOXES. If the customer does not give 24 hours notice to reschedule appointments there may be additional delivery or cancellation fees applied in the amount of $25.00.

5.Customer acknowledges that he / she has sole responsibility to have all products and equipments returned by the agreed upon date. For each additional day that the URBAN GREEN BOXES are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $0.50 per day per Box. If the URBAN GREEN BOXES are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental period, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase them; and will be charged the full retail value of the URBAN GREEN BOXES at a rate of $25.95 each. For each additional day that the Wardrobe Boxes are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $0.75 per day. If the Wardrobe Boxes are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental period, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase them; and will be charged the full retail value of the Wardrobe Boxes at a rate of $45.95 each. For each additional day that the Dollies are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $0.75 per day. If the Dollies are not returned after 30 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental period, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase them; and will be charged the full retail value of the Dollies at a rate of $49.95 each.

6.Customer acknowledges that their credit card will be required at the time of delivery and will be kept on file for the duration of the rental period. Customer acknowledges and authorizes URBAN GREEN BOX to charge any amount associated with the above stated terms and conditions.

7.A $25.00 NSF fee will apply to any returned cheque and may be charged to the credit card on file.

8.Customer acknowledges that all products and equipments is and shall at all times remain the sole and exclusive property of URBAN GREEN BOX and will only be used in a safe and reasonable manner.

9.Customer acknowledges that URBAN GREEN BOX will not be liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Equipment.

10.Customer acknowledges having read and understood the following warnings listed below:

Extreme caution is required while using our products and equipments in the vicinity of children.

Improperly packed boxes or those unsafely stacked or in excess of recommended height and weight may topple, causing injury and/or damage to people and/or property.

The URBAN GREEN BOX was not designed for and should never be used to transport live animals.

Our Eco-friendly moving boxes are not thermally insulated and therefore should not be used for long term storage or transportation of perishable goods requiring refrigeration.

The URBAN GREEN BOX was not designed for and should never be used to transport toxic or hazardous substances, including corrosives, solvents or pesticides.
